In this ongoing project, I hold the primary role of UX Lead. I lead and organize a team of UX Designers and Researchers involved in every stage of developing technological solutions for the integrated platform. This system was designed to support public policies that improve learning outcomes and reduce school dropout rates. To arrive at this solution, we conducted extensive research on technologies and the use of AI to assist teachers in their daily tasks and alleviate their excessive workload. We employed empathy and problem-scope definition processes, crafting research and interviews that guided the platform’s development and continuous evolution.

Our team is also responsible for the accessible design of the interface, taking into account the characteristics of schools throughout the country, including locations with limited infrastructure. By continuously focusing on HCI and UX techniques and methods, we can create an inclusive, effective, and user-centered platform that caters to the diverse needs of educational institutions nationwide.
